During the Easter and summer holidays I can come into your school and run a 5 day Acting workshop. Groups should be of no more than 10 as this enables us to keep it focussed and for each individual to get a lot out of it.

They are Monday to Friday 10am − 3pm.

We will look at use of language, scripts, physicality, improvisation, character, mood & atmosphere. We will use a variety of methods including lots of acting games and confidence building exercises. It can be a lot of fun and great for stretching yourself perhaps a bit more than you would in your normal classes as we are only together for a week! We will work on a variety of scripts from different genres and the week will culminate in a performance of the scenes we have been looking at in front of your parents and friends.

'Playing' is not only heaps of fun, but also vital for acting. After all, we do act in 'plays'.
